Nuestro vino Cabernet Syrah tiene Denominación de Origen La Mancha, ya que proviene de la ciudad de Miguel Esteban, en la provincia de Toledo. Gracias al clima mediterráneo continental, Bodegas Lairén presenta un tinto joven con un grado alcohólico del 13% de color cereza y ribete naranja brillante.
Este tempranillo Cabernet Syrah resulta fresco y armoniosos, mientras que mantiene matices a moras, arándanos y frutas del bosque en nariz, lo que asegura un equilibrio perfecto. En boca mantiene un peso medio y un postgusto medio complejo perfecto para acompañar aves, ternera blanca y quesos semicurados.

El vino recibe su nombre por las variedades de uvas tintas que lo componen: 60% tempranillo, 20% Syrah y 20% Cabernet.
Las uvas tempranillo, autóctonas de España, tienen un profundo color negro azulado y produce vinos con la capacidad de criarse y conservarse muy bien tanto en barrica como en botella. Por lo general son muy intensas y aromáticas, a la vez que complejas, con un color estable y un sabor lleno de matices.
